The Young Friends of FAI joined the Center for Italian Modern Art for an Italian style aperitivo to celebrate the newly published Bolted Book facsimile – the first exact copy of Fortunato Depero’s 1927 masterpiece of graphic design and bookmaking. Fortunato Depero (March 30, 1892 – November 29, 1960) was an Italian futurist painter, writer, sculptor and graphic designer. In collaboration with the Center for Italian Modern Art, the Mart Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art of Trento and Rovereto and Designers & Books.
