2026 will mark a truly extraordinary chapter for the Balbianello Circle Spring Tour: from May 23rd to 29th we will gather in Rome, a city whose timeless beauty and grandeur have inspired travelers for centuries.
A traveler arriving in Rome in the 18th century would find himself in a city of churches, but also of numerous private palaces and villas. Three hundred years later you will have the same impression of this city. Rome was for centuries a monarchy by election, in which each Papal or Cardinal family rose to a sovereign or princely standing. It is necessary to bear this in mind in order not to be overwhelmed by a city with so many regal dwellings.
Next year’s journey will be unlike any other. Beyond the splendor of Rome’s iconic landmarks, we will be welcomed as usual into private palazzos and exceptional homes, different of those of our last tour in Rome, opened especially for us by dear friends, who will receive us not as visitors, but as cherished guests.
